Welcome!
My name is Anne Kalashian
I have a passion for helping others find calm and clarity as a certified mindfulness facilitator and meditation teacher. After experiencing firsthand the power of mindfulness to manage stress and improve my own well-being and resilience, I now shares these practices to support others navigating similar challenges.

I am trained through the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. My sessions offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and build simple habits for greater presence and balance.
